PVC Control Cables for Automation, Panels & Industrial Wiring

Durable PVC Control Cables for Fixed and Flexible Installations

We supply high-quality PVC control cables designed for both fixed and flexible installations. They meet international standards like IEC and GB/T, making them a smart choice for indoor wiring, direct burial, and conduit use in various industrial environments.

KVV unshielded control cable with copper cores

Unshielded PVC Control Cable (KVV Type)

Rated for 450/750 V, the KVV type features Class 2 oxygen-free copper conductors.
Available with 2 to 61 clearly numbered cores, wiring becomes straightforward.
Operating temperatures range between -15°C and +70°C, making it ideal for indoor wiring, ducts, and fixed underground installations.

Shielded PVC Control Cable with Copper Braiding (KVVP Type)

Designed to operate at 450/750 V, this cable uses stranded Class 2 oxygen-free copper.
A copper braid covering over 80% provides excellent protection against EMI interference.
Core identification options include color-coding or numbering from 2 to 61 cores, easing circuit mapping.

Steel tape armored control cable KVV22

Armored PVC Control Cable with Steel Tape (KVV22 Type)

The KVV22 cable operates at 450/750 V and incorporates solid or stranded Class 1/2 oxygen-free copper conductors.
Its galvanized steel tape armor offers strong mechanical protection in demanding environments.
This makes it well-suited for fixed wiring indoors, trenches, ducts, and direct burial requiring enhanced durability.

Highly Flexible PVC Control Cable (KVVR Type)

Operating at 450/750 V, the KVVR cable uses Class 5 stranded oxygen-free copper for superior flexibility.
The PVC insulation and sheath resist oil and abrasion effectively.
Thanks to these features, it performs reliably in applications involving continuous movement, such as automated machinery, robotics, and portable power tools.

Low-smoke flame retardant PVC control cables

Flame-Retardant Shielded Control Cable (ZR-KVVRP Type)

Our flame-retardant PVC control cables come in FR, ZR (Grades A/B/C), and LSZH variants.
These reduce toxic emissions during fire, significantly enhancing safety.
As a result, they are highly suitable for public infrastructure, including metro systems, commercial complexes, and industrial zones where fire resistance is critical.

Need Better Performance? Then upgrade to XLPE Control Cables

Why Choose XLPE Control Cables?
XLPE insulation withstands higher temperatures (up to 90°C) and provides lower dielectric loss than PVC.
This makes it an excellent choice for VFD drives, long-distance control circuits, and temperature-sensitive systems.
